Anfernee Simons scored 22 points and Toumani Camara added 21 points and seven rebounds to fuel the host Portland Trail Blazers to a 105-102 victory over the Toronto Raptors on Sunday.
Simons sank six 3-pointers and Camara had five for the Trail Blazers (29-39), who outscored the Raptors (24-44) by a 28-20 margin in the fourth quarter.
Deni Avdija contributed 19 points, six rebounds and six assists and Shaedon Sharpe had 17 points to help Portland snap its five-game losing skid.
Toronto's Jakob Poeltl collected 19 points and eight rebounds and Ochai Agbaji scored 19 points in his first game since Feb. 28 due to a left ankle sprain.
Scottie Barnes had 16 points, six boards, six assists and six steals for the Raptors, who saw their three-game winning streak come to a halt. Toronto played without RJ Barrett (illness) and Immanuel Quickley (rest).
Agbaji made a bucket to extend the Raptors' lead to 95-86 with 5:35 to play before Portland countered with a 16-2 run. Simons sank two 3-pointers, Camara connected from beyond the arc and Avdija converted a three-point play to highlight the surge.
Agbaji's driving layup trimmed the Trail Blazers' lead to 102-99 with 1:29 left and Jamison Battle countered Donovan Clingan's free throw with a 3-pointer to cut Portland's advantage to one with 16 seconds remaining.
Avdija answered by making a pair of free throws to push Portland's lead to 105-102 with 5.1 seconds left. Matisse Thybulle blocked Orlando Robinson's 3-point attempt just before the buzzer to seal the win.
Scoot Henderson made a 3-pointer to forge a 57-57 tie early in the third quarter before Toronto went on a 13-0 run. Agbaji sank a 3-pointer and three free throws as part of that stretch.
The Raptors extended their lead to 82-67 before the Trail Blazers countered by scoring the final 10 points of the third quarter. Sharpe and Duop Reath each drained a 3-pointer as part of that run.
