He has six career 1,000-yard seasons, tied for the fifth-most in the NFL since he was drafted in 2014.
Cooks also has the fifth-most receiving touchdowns of 40 yards-or-more (15) in that span. Despite being traded to four different teams, he and Brandon Marshall are the only players in NFL history to record at least 1,000 receiving yards in a season with four different teams. In 2024, Cooks played in ten games for Dallas with nine starts, catching 26 passes for 259 yards and three touchdowns before being sidelined with a knee injury.
The Stockton, Calif. native played three seasons at Oregon State (2011-13), where he appeared in 38 career games (29 starts) and amassed career totals of 226 receptions for 3,272 receiving yards (14.5 avg.) along with 61 carries for 340 yards. As a junior, Cooks won the Biletnikoff Award, presented annually to the most outstanding receiver in college football, and was named a consensus first-team All-American in his final season with the Beavers after setting school and Pac-12 single-season receiving records, recording 128 catches for 1,730 yards (13.5 avg.) and 16 touchdowns. His 2,019 all-purpose yards ranked second in school history.
