NASHVILLEThe Titans have signed receiver/punt returner James Proche II.

A sixth-round pick of the Ravens in the 2020 NFL Draft, Proche has played in 62 career games with the Ravens and Browns in his NFL career.

Proche (5-11, 193) has caught 28 passes for 299 yards in his career, making his biggest impact on special teams. Proche played in 19 games for the Browns in 2023-2024 after playing in 43 games for the Ravens from 2020-2022.

Proche was named to PFWA All-Rookie team in 2020 with the Ravens.

In his past two seasons with the Browns, Proche totaled three receptions for 21 yards and 41 punt returns for 369 yards (9.0 avg.).

Proche has returned 68 punts for 591 yards, an 8.7-yard average, and four kickoffs for 60 yards, a 15.0-yard average, in the NFL
